Steiner Realty, Inc. charges a $40 non-refundable fee per application. Each applicant and/or co-signer must submit a separate application. Steiner Realty, Inc. also requires $400 hand money at the time of application. Hand money is a second and separate deposit to be applied toward your first month's rent if the application is approved. In the event that the application is rejected, the hand money is promptly returned to the applicant; however, if the applicant should withdraw the application for ANY reason, the hand money is forfeited and Steiner Realty, Inc. will retain it as liquidated damages. Only seriously interested applicants should apply.
