Job description:

Steiner Realty is a property management firm in the Pittsburgh area. We are currently looking for a cleaner / custodian. This employee will work as part of a team to ensure that all our properties are pristine and looking their best at all times. The custodial crew is required to travel to all properties on a regular schedule.


*** You will be required to drive between several locations each day and therefore must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to be considered for this position. We reimburse for mileage.***


Work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Advancement opportunities and growth are available. Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the common areas and grounds of all properties
  • Removing junk mail and trash
  • Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, cleaning light fixtures in common areas
  • Sweeping, hand-scrubbing & mopping floors


Required Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail related to cleaning
  • Ability to effectively work as part of a team
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Own and be able to comfortably use a smartphone
  • Valid PA driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to speak English/understand directives


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
