Zolin Cook, Associate Broker

Zolin is a licensed real estate broker and has a BA in Economics from Bates College. Since joining Steiner Realty in 2003, Zolin has been instrumental in the company’s growth through development and acquisition. His most recent accomplishment was the addition of Thorn Run Apartments to the Steiner Realty portfolio. Zolin is a native Pittsburgher and currently resides in Lawrenceville. Zolin and his wife Molly have a full house with 3 kids , Zenia, Zephyr and Zander and their dog Huckleberry. Somehow he still manages to get his kicks in on the soccer field, both as a player and as a coach. And when the snow starts falling in the mountains east of Pittsburgh, Zolin wants nothing more than to be out on the slopes!

(1) 12+ years experience as a design and innovation consultant, coach, and facilitator with LUMA Institute, MURAL, Stanford University, the White House, and several companies in the Fortune 500 and (2) more than a decade as a public servant focused on housing policy, public health, service design and urban planning.

 

Selling, buying and investing real estate is a complex, high stakes, and often emotional process. I have always thrived in environments that call on my ability to demonstrate grace under fire and create opportunity in surprising places. It is my honor and joy to put those superpowers to work for our clients. I am also trained as a conflict mediator, with expertise in real estate-related disputes. Jerry joined Steiner Realty as a leasing intern in 2021. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University, he came on board full time. He is a licensed Real Estate professional and takes value in the experiences he has gained in the property management industry. When he is not working, he enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and attending baseball games. One thing that really drew him to Steiner is the "camaraderie among the staff and the shared initiative to satisfy our tenants."
