What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Marketing & Leasing Intern, you’ll support both our leasing and marketing teams while gaining practical experience in the day-to-day operations of a residential real estate company.

You’ll split your time between operational leasing support and creative marketing projects. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where your work will directly contribute to how our properties are marketed and leased.

Core Responsibilities

Leasing & Administrative Support

• Assist with incoming phone calls from prospects and tenants, providing helpful and professional responses
• Help schedule apartment tours and coordinate with leasing staff
• Support the team in processing rental applications and maintaining organized records
• Assist with general leasing and administrative tasks as needed
• Provide day-to-day support to the leasing team to help ensure smooth office operations

Marketing & Creative Support

• Assist with virtual staging of unit media to enhance listing quality
• Assist with creating and schedule social media content aligned with current listings and brand image
• Help manage and oversee third-party marketing platforms such as Zillow and Apartments.com to ensure listings are accurate and optimized
• Organize and maintain photo libraries, files, and digital marketing assets
• Assist with property photography, content creation, and other marketing projects as needed
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers on ongoing campaigns, projects, and initiatives

• Leasing staff receive timely and dependable administrative support
• Listings are visually appealing, accurate, and up to date across all platforms
• Social media content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Marketing assets and files are organized and easily accessible
• Tasks are completed accurately and with strong attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• Interest in marketing, real estate, communications, or business operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and using data to inform marketing or business decisions is a plus
• Familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets, CRM/reporting tools, or data visualization is a bonus
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance
